FRICTIONAL WEARING
DESCRIPTION:
A rutile coated electrode for surfacing carbon steels subjected to metal wear with resistance to impact and moderate abrasion. Easier to strike with minimal spatter, stable arc and good running properties. Welding in all position.
APPLICATIONS:
Surfacing parts for longer use, of shear blades, hot-punching dies, wobler ends, large cog wheels, plough shares, cams, rollers, brake shoe, caterpillar treads, rail ends and crossing, and other steel castings.
