VOLTAWELD PICKLING PASTE

PICKLING PASTE/GEL for stainless steel weld beads. Removes heat scales, oxide and rust. Strongly removes stainless steel and Nickel Alloys black heat scales and oxides which are common in welding these types of steels. VOLTAWELD PICKLING PASTE is easy to apply even for overhead and vertical positions. Each 1 KG container can suffice for 400 feet of welding.

Direction for use: Shake well before use. Apply a generous layer. Soak for 20-30 minutes, then use plenty of water to rinse.

Caution: PICKLING PASTE is a highly blended acid. Direct contact causes burning feeling in the eyes, skin and cloth. It is harmful if swallowed or inhaled. Wear safety goggles, rubber gloves and other safety gear when using this. Make sure the area you are using this has adequate ventilation and avoid breathing the vapor. DO NOT take internally.

FIRST AID: Flush/wash eyes or skin immediately with Water for ten minutes. If swallowed, wash out mouth thoroughly with water, drink plenty of water or milk. Contact your physician immediately.

Storage: Keep out of reach of children, Keep out of direct sunlight and away from heat. Always keep the container closed. When opening the container, loosen cover slowly to remove pressure build-up (if nay present).
